Since school got out at the beginning of June, I have spent most of my time in the Hill Country at Camp Capers, both as a camper and counselor. The time I did not spend at Camp Capers I spent volunteering at the San Antonio Zoo where I assist with Zoo Camp and in the animal departments. Currently, I am participating in the YES summer program at SwRI. In th future, I would like to attend UCLA, UC Berekely and major in aerospace engineering.

Although my favorite food is french fries, I must say that Mac & Cheese follows in a pretty close second place. Al dente elbow macaroni and silky smooth cheese make the most delicious flavor combination. Food Network may feel the need to put lobster and onions in their mac & cheese, but I think that it should be left untainted. As for rising gas prices, I think that they will start to fall significantly as people quit driving as much. In fact, when I am out practicing driving at night, the effects of gas prices are already evident- the gas pumps are empty, as are the streets.
